1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy stated above.

2. Important Notes

• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Naturalth Cosmetics reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT.
