Refund policy
At Naturalth, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if you have received:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrectly supplied order
- A wrong item
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer support team with your order details and clear images of the product received.
Step 2: Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address within 2–4 working days.
Step 3: After receiving the product, we will perform a quality inspection and verify the return request.
Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are only considered if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or wrong item. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
4. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests related to:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrectly supplied orders
- Wrong items received
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without proof of purchase
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
